Who are you?
Designer Outlet .Club is a collaboration between several of the U.K.'s top fashion agencies, designed to elevate and bring the sample sale experience directly to you.
All pieces are unworn, genuine designer samples curated by us from cult Scandi fashion labels such as: Baum und Pferdgarten, Fab by Fabienne Chapot, Craie, Louise Kragh, Stella Nova, Stine Goya and more...
What is this place?
This is the place for lovers of contemporary fashion who want to pick up unique pieces at a fraction of the retail price (up to 75% off the RRP). If you want to shop luxury fashion steals full of modern femininity and playful attitude, this is the place for you.
What's different about you?
Traditionally, a "sample sale" means a brand is selling heavily discounted sample designs made for the factories to base production on, press pieces sent out for editorial shoots, designs that models wear on the runway or — the best — one-off, never-produced items.
It's likely though that when you think of sample sales, long lines, catfights and overwhelming bins to rummage through all come to mind first.
At Designer Outlet .Club, we're turning the sample sale experience on it's head by offering you the option to shop our expertly curated samples online or via our exclusive in person sample sale events in London.
At our London events, you are invited to book a timed entry slot where you will shop the racks in our designer showroom with a limited number of others - no huge queues or bins to rummage through!
Are all your items size 36? How do I know that will fit me?
All pieces we stock are a Danish Size 36/S/OS, which is approximately a U.K. size 10-12. We recommend checking the brand specific size guides for further sizing information which can be found here:

What can I do if an item I like has sold out?
As we sell genuine designer samples, we only ever have one piece available in a size 36. Once it's sold out, it's gone and won't be restocked, sadly! You can sign up to our email list to be notified when we release new collections online.
Is there somewhere I can try the items on in person?
We host Sample Sale Events in London from time to time, where items can be tried on in person. Our upcoming events can be found here. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified as soon as we release new event dates.
Is the stock available online the same as the stock available at your London Sale Events?
No - our London Sale Events contain exclusive items, many of which are not available to purchase online.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. This page shows our (inter)national shipping costs and an indication of delivery times.
When may I return something?
All items are genuine designer samples, offered at deeply discounted prices and therefore not eligible for return, refund or exchange for change of mind.
If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email, chat, or Instagram direct message and we will work with you to resolve this as soon as possible.
We do not accept any items that have been worn, are damaged through incorrect use or which are returned longer than 14 days after receipt. Make sure that you return all the parts of your order, including all the attached labels.
